In fact we are licensed commercial pool contractor. Jerardo Ayala, has been working in the construction industry since he was 15 years old, which his father, Eleazar Amador (His partner) always took him out to job sites to learn about the construction industry for summer vacation

Fast forward to when Jerardo turn 18, he start learn more in the roofing trade from another license roofing contractor by the name of Ramser, which thought him not only the trade itself, but the fundamentals within the roofing industry to set him for success. As time went by not only was Jerardo in training to be a successful roofer contractor, but also a General Contractor, taking on big projects, from , project management to a superintend. Which he got his General Contractor license at the age of 26 years old and later at the age of 28 he got his roofer contractor license.

When Jerardo started with his construction company with Eleazar Amador, they were build spec homes and doing new roofs for spec homes and custom homes they built together. Once Jerardo became a license roofing contractor, Jerardo and Eleazar started to expand from only doing shingles, and metals from to flat, tile, and slate roofing systems.
