The Process
Any Type Of Renovation Can Be Overwhelming
1. As a Roofer Contractor, we come out to inspect your roof if in the case you are filing a roofing claim. Once we go out, either its a roof claim or you are simply looking to upgrade your roof, we will go over every detail and what exactly you are looking for in your new roof or roof replacement
2. Afterwards we will take measurements, photos, and any kind of information need to be able to give you the right quote.
3. Then we will send you a email and a courtesy call letting you know that we have sent you your estimate, but if your roof replacement is under a roof claim , in this case we will be waiting to receive information back from you insurance adjuster and providing them with any additional information that they are in need of.
4. Once you have approved you roofing proposal(if you are paying out of pocket) we will have the proposal signed by both Parties. In the event of going over with the adjuster and everything has been approved, insuring everything is correct. Your insurance will be sending you the funds for your roof replacement
5. After the estimate has been approve(signed) and money has been received, we will start to restore the integrity of your roof.

Roof Replacement
The Outdoors Quality Roofing will prepare your home before touching home, in the process of restoring your roof from age-related or damages. We will start of by preparing the sides of you home and flower beds, then we will start to dismantle your old roofing material in the containers, afters we will inspect roof before installing the underlayment- insuring the deck is in good condition and clean. Once these steps have been complete, we will start to apply the underlayment. Finally, the last roofing material will be installed. Furthermore, we’ll make sure your roof receives the right attention and guarantee your satisfaction.
Insurance Claim
There is a time when your roof has undergone through damage’s were it’s necessary to file for an insurance claim, here at The Outdoors Quality Roofing we have the right team to help you through this process. In fact we will work together with the insurance and provide every small detail that they are in need of.
